Smoke Alarm/Carbon Monoxide Alarm

Let us help you stay safe and in compliance with State & Local regulations for the installation, testing and maintenance of these life saving devices.

Did you know that 2 out of 3 fire deaths happen in homes with no smoke alarms or with alarms that are not working? In a fire, the smoke and deadly gases tend to spread farther and faster than the heat. The State of California requires that ALL homes have smoke alarms installed in specific locations and that all new devices have a sealed ten-year battery.

Carbon Monoxide is a colorless, odorless and deadly gas and without a detector, you don’t know you are being exposed. The State of California requires that all homes with an attached garage or a fossil fuel source have carbon monoxide alarms installed in strategic locations to keep us safe!

Rental property owners and/or property managers are also held responsible for ensuring that these devices are installed and working properly.
